Coaching can help you change anything in your life that is causing you frustration and pain, from lack of confidence to relationship distress to achieving goals. Coaching increases your happiness and satisfaction with life. It helps you transform your life from okay to good, then from good to GREAT!
Research published in Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) in 2019 and 2022 shows that coaching helped decrease emotional exhaustion and burnout and increase resilience and quality of life, both short-term and long-term, among study participants.

My goal is to create an environment of complete safety for my clients. I value your trust above anything else, and want you to feel free to be as vulnerable and self-reflective as you desire to be in our sessions. Life coaches operate from a code of ethics; confidentiality is taken very seriously. Apart from mandatory reporting or signed consent, everything from our sessions will be kept completely confidential.
Coaches see their clients as whole, not broken. We do not diagnose or pathologize. Coaching is also more present- and future-focused rather than past-focused. While I agree that the past plays a role in current behavior, my coaching enables my clients to overcome past conditioning and operate from intention and empowerment rather than blaming or attributing anything to the past or other things outside of their control.
Many people choose to work both with a therapist and a coach. If any topics arise that do not fall within the scope of coaching, I will help you find a licensed therapist in your area to work with you in place of, or simultaneously with, our coaching.
No preparation is needed for coaching sessions. I do, however, encourage my clients to be in a distraction-free space to ensure they have the best possible experience. Each session, I come prepared with a coaching topic, but am flexible with your preferences. I always welcome questions and specific situations for which you’d like coaching.
I will, at times, offer you worksheets, videos, and other resources to supplement our coaching topics; but completing or reviewing them is 100% optional.

I don’t coach anyone against their will. I offer a free consultation call for the purpose of providing teens and one or both parents the opportunity to see if I am a good fit for their needs and personality.
In my experience, parents who receive coaching make visible progress and significantly impact their teen. Sometimes seeing their parent’s positive change serves as a catalyst to make the teen more receptive to the idea of coaching.
We use the secure video conferencing platform “Zoom” to ensure privacy. I provide you with the link to join each session. You will just need a phone or computer and an internet connection to join the calls.
